Tupper Lake Welcomes ESWG Winter Bike & Sprint Triathlon 

The Empire State Winter Games (ESWG) is proud to continue its tradition of showcasing unique winter sports with the Sprint Winter Triathlon, now part of its growing portfolio. A celebration of athletes, winter, and the Adirondacks, the ESWG is a community-driven event that highlights the region’s love for winter sports.

Sprint Triathlon Race Details:

The Sprint Winter Triathlon features a 5K run, a 10K winter bike, and a 5K cross-country ski on the scenic trails of the Tupper Lake Golf Course, offering an exciting challenge for participants.

• 10K Bike
• 5K Ski
• Team Relay

Winter Bike Race Details:

Only cross-country races will be held this year, but the new venue and groomed terrain allow us to run multiple race distance options and add more age categories. Put simply, whatever your ability level, you'll have fun and have a better chance to hoist some ESWG hardware.

The races will take place on a singular 1.4-mile loop (+123 ft / -115 ft elevation) with three distance options:

• Beginners & Kids - (1.4 miles)
• Intermediate -  (4.2 miles)
• Expert -  (7 miles)
