Homeschool Day ADK Connections:

Valentine's Day at The Wild Center

Bring the homeschool experience to The Wild Center and immerse yourself in STEAM-based nature learning like never before. We're excited to offer private homeschool experiences, events, and activities catered specifically for you. Homeschool families are welcome to participate in private programs, meet our animal ambassadors, and stop by the Naturalist Cabinet for science and art-based activities.

Free for members. Non-members: Adult (18+), $10; Youth (5-17), $5, children ages 4 and under are free

February 14 program details:
• 10 am to 4 pm- Wild Center Valentine’s Day Cards, Family Fish Painting, Junior Naturalist Field Journals in the Naturalist Cabinet
• 10 am to 4 pm - Indoor Nature Sensory Activities with ADK Riverwalking in the Naturalist Cabinet
• 1 pm to 2 pm - Outdoor Sensory Snowshoe Walk with ADK Riverwalking, meet in the Great Hall
• 1 pm to 3 pm - Ice Fishing on Greenleaf Pond
