Tupper Lake Outdoor Skating Rink

Enjoy free outdoor ice skating this winter at the Tupper Lake Outdoor Skating Rink! Perfect for families, friends, or solo skaters, the rink offers open skating hours, designated hockey times, and a convenient on-site changing room for a fun and hassle-free experience. 

Location:

The Tupper Lake Outdoor Skating Rink is within Tupper Lake Waterfront Park. You will find parking next to the Riverpigs Stadium and skating is behind the lot near the basketball courts.

Hours of Operation:

The Tupper Lake Outdoor Skating Rink is open daily from 12 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The rink is weather-dependent and may close during unfavorable conditions.

Hockey Hours:

Hockey Play is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Helmets are required for all hockey players.

Daily Open Skating:

Free open skating is available during the following times:

• Monday 12 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday 12 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 12 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday 12 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Friday 12 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday 12 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Sunday 12 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Hockey play is not available during open skating times.

Changing/Bathroom Building:

Open for your convenience during rink hours.

• Note: Doors automatically lock at 8:30 PM, so ensure all personal belongings are removed before this time. Items left behind can only be retrieved the following day.
