March 24 Party on Park Vendor Registration is Now Open
Tupper Lake’s Party on Park: Vendor Participation Invitation
Tupper Arts presents Party on Park on Saturday, May 24, from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. along Park Street in Tupper Lake. The street will be closed to traffic, creating a festival atmosphere with local businesses, artisans, food vendors, and attractions. Community restaurants, food trucks, and breweries will be on-site to provide food and beverages.
Vendor Participation Details:
- Space Size: Single street parking space (approx. 10' x 20')
- Pricing:
- $30 if registered by May 1, 2025
- $40 after May 1, 2025
- Registration Deadline: May 15, 2025 (late registrations will not be accepted)
- Location Assignments: Vendors will receive their spot by Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
- Setup Time: The road closes at 11:00 a.m. for setup.
- Requirements: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, etc. All products must be family-friendly. Vulgar or explicit materials will not be allowed.
- Proceeds: All vendor fees go toward event expenses, entertainment, and promotion.
