Experience a harmonious blend of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Nikki and Beth. In this paired practice, Restorative Yoga activates the relaxation side of the nervous system and Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation technique. Gentle poses that help facilitate the activation of the para-sympathetic nervous system to relax the body, and guided relaxation to help calm the mind.
