This short trail is used as a canoe carry for the pond and the Grass River, but makes for a very short stroll for some excellent birding opportunities. The 0.1 mile trail is perfect for everyone, and be sure to visit in the fall as well for some outstanding colors.
Getting there
From the intersection of Route 3 and Route 30 in the Village of Tupper Lake follow Route 3 toward Cranberry Lake. Roughly 4.75 miles east of Cranberry Lake locate the canoe carry on the left.
